Ionic wouldnt turn on

Had my ionic for about 10 months. Just stopped working...charged for a few days and did all the hard resets but still nothing

..literally just called fitbit and was on the phone for 5 min and bam...just like that I am getting a replacement free of charge...no credit card or send in old broken one first etc..typical headaches companies usually put u through 

.but not FITBIT....Customer support was amazing...no haggling..right to the point...I've never ever in my 39 yrs have had such an easy time dealing w customer service..usually ur ticked off and get defensive right away but the lady was pleasantly understanding... GREAT JOB FITBIT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THIS HAS MADE ME A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE...PLEASE DON'T CHANGE!! 😍😍

Yep my replacement process was fast and simple like this as well.  

 

But after looking into it more -> noticed many on this Forum report they have up to 4 others replaced under warranty.  So am really very concerned if the replacement will last.

 

Once past 12 months is my concern.  You have a couple more months.  But agree was 100% happy as well.  Question was why it was defective in the first place?  And does having a replacement solve the problem?  Those reliability questions remain.

 

Hopefully these replacements will last.  Keep your fingers crossed.  Mine was replaced after only one week -> so have many months remaining on mine.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic
