I have had my Ionic for a couple of years now, and love it. The problem I am having is finding replacement Large bands for it. I did purchase replacement bands via amazon prime, but they were cheaply made and didn't last very long. The website only has small replacement bands, what is the deal? Is there no replacements due to them being popular, or is it because the product is not being supported as much as the newer models?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post.  Let me share with you that we have limited stock of Ionic accessories because this specific model isn't being sold anymore in the Fitbit store. However, you can check with our authorized retailers to see if they have Fitbit original large wristbands for your Ionic.
