Ioninc Galaxy S10+ notifications issue

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I upgraded from a note 9 to S10+ AND NOW MY IONIC will not show text message notifications, why the other notifications seem to function. I spent good money over $200.00 on an ionic for what, poor service. I need text notifications to work for my job. That's the whole reason I bought the "supposedly best" on the market.

Hey @Kats13 welcome to the forums! Have you tried turning the Bluetooth off and on on your phone? That sometimes does it for my s9+.

Other than that you could try turning your phone off and on and then doing the same with your Ionic.

I've rebooted both the ionic and my phone last night. I even deleted the ionic from my S10+ and added it back. This morning I got a notification for email but, None of my text messages. It's ridiculous.

Thanks for informing me. I work for a retail store that sells Fitbit products, I really wanna be able to recommend the Ionic to our customers, sadly, I honestly can't if they have the same phone as I. Galaxy Note S10+. I'm patently waiting for the fix 👍.
