Ironic constantly vibrating and switching screens

My Ionic started vibrating every few minutes and sometimes every few seconds after owning it for a week or so. It would switch screens to notify me to setup Ionic Pay while vibrating. I did factory reset and updated new OS and the same thing is happening except that it switches to the Screen Wake/Notifications screen. I factory reset and updated the OS a second time and the issue persists. Any solutions or is the device defective?

My watch hs started doing the same thing. I have reset to factory setting, still doing it.  Any help would be appreciated!

I just spoke to customer support and they couldn't figure it out. I am returning the defective Ionic for a new one.

I just started getting the same problem, a week after I got the Ionic.   Would love to know how to stop it, else I can't sleep with the **ahem** thing on!

I tried resetting my device but that did not work. I had to call the
company and they sent me a new one.

This is purely a guess, but it sounds like you all may have gotten lemons.  Usually resets help out with this, but seeing as you have already done that several times, something more serious may be wrong.  Contacting Support was definitely the correct course of action in this case.
