All Fitbit devices are compatible with the iPhone X. I recommend checking in here for any other device compatibility inquiries.

It's great to have you here @Pipeliner and @Rdubmu! Currently, iPhone X isn't in the list of compatible devices. However, you may be able to sync even when it's not in the list but I can't confirm it will completely work.
Hope this helps!

Best AnswerI can't believe it still does not work with the iPhone X, its been on the market for over a month... Meanwhile I can't use my Ionic, really really bad for Fitbit.
Probably because Apple make it extremely difficult for app makers to make apps for their devices. Not only does it require expensive apple only hardware and software for testing and developing, but they are very strict about how such apps interact with their devices, power usage etc, these are major headaches for developers and mean it can take longer to meet with Apples stringent rules. Not only that Apple often throw out updates on the quiet that can break apps abilities for power usage. All this is designed to give Apple the appearance of good battery life etc but comes at the cost of functionality and the constant pulling out of developers hair follicles.
Best AnswerI have had my X since release and have hod no issues with it and my ionic.
Best AnswerThis is not an Ionic scenario, but a Blaze situation. I just got the iPhone X on 12/29/2017 and my Blaze no longer shows up in the Bluetooth connected menu. However, my Blaze still connects to the Fitbit app and tracks my activity. I would check the app and see if your activity is still syncing or not connecting at all. I hope this helps.

Best AnswerI just got off the phone with customer service and was told there are “compatibility issues” with iPhone X. The solution to my Ionic not syncing with my phone was to 1. Use someone else’s phone or 2. Wait for the engineering department to get permissions from Apple and fix the issues.

Best AnswerI've been having trouble with my Fitbit ionic and iPhone X, when I first got it they both worked but now can't get the Bluetooth sync to work so receive no messages, I've been on to customer help and tried switching phone off and starting from scratch but still won't work, they said give it time as trying to sort it but it's been on going for months

A warm welcome to the Community @Southofthetrent. Thanks for the details that you've mentioned as well for being in touch with our Support team.
Sometimes when your watch doesn't sync, it can be due to the battery level. I would like you to make sure you've fully charged your Ionic and then try to do a force sync. (You can also try changing the USB port)
If after this, you're still unable to get your notifications or sync, please try the steps listed on the following articles: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications on my phone.
Hope this helps! I'll be around if you need further assistance.
