Is it possible to request a refund for a clock face purchase?

Hi! 

 

I was looking at some clock faces and I decided to purchase one by THETTMM (which was under 'Staff Picks'). Since it's not a clock face designed by Fitbit themselves, is it still possible to request a refund? Not sure if it's relevant information, but I paid via Paypal

Hello @aliciasharon,

Fitbit does not have any mechanism in place to have paid applications and clockfaces in its store. As a result the developers that intend to monetize their efforts can decide to accept donation or use external services like in this case. As clearly written by Fitbit in the appstore the management of the purchase is solely responsibility of the developers hence you might want to contact him.

 

However I'm not sure the reason of the decision. Just because it is not made by Fibit? doesn't it satisy your needs?
