Customizing Exercise

I am new to the Ionic Fitbit. Is there a way of customizing the exercise options? For example, add "hiking", "squash" and "soccer" to my menu choices. Can I drop some of the current choices and if so, how do I do this?  thanks, AirSchis

Hmm, very strange! The Ionic was released quite a while before the Versa, so it makes sense that the firmware would be on a different numbering system, even if using the same baseline OS. I don't think that's the issue. Two suggestions to try - try accessing your dashboard from a different browser and seeing if you get a different result (or even refreshing, sometimes I need to do that on the Fitbit site to get things to load). Also, if you could send a screenshot of the app, that would be great! Usually I find things easier to navigate in the app and you definitely should have the settings within the app. If you're posting a screenshot from your phone, I think you need to ask the web browser to view in desktop mode in order to do it, or at least you used to.

No luck with my Fitbit Ionic device. I cannot find the "Exercise Shortcuts" either on my iPhone Fitbit app nor on my Macbook Fitbit app. AirSchis

Can you send a screenshot of what you are seeing once you access the Ionic settings?

this is the screen shot from my Macbook going to my Dashboard and then hit the gear icon top right and then choose Settings and then Devices just like the online instructions… I cannot find the “Exercise Shortcuts”. I can’t find this from my iPhone Fitbit app either…

I'm not seeing your screenshot, but I'll attach mine. I currently have my Versa on my account, not my Ionic, but it's the same basic OS, so it should look the same. If you access it on the online dashboard, as you described, you should see this:

Thanks for your diligence. Not sure why my screenshot did not appear? I checked my firmware version against yours and mine is
Version 27.32.12.19 so I would assume it is much older version than yours? On my screen it is totally blank below that line while yours has tons of choices inclusive of the “Exercise Shortcuts”.
