@badass76ta Your Ionic doesn't have the current firmware. This is why you are having trouble downloading clock faces. I looked at your profile and other posts. I see that you are a new user. I hope this explanation helps. Fitbit rolls out firmware updates progressively. You will be able to update your firmware when you get a notice. There doesn't seem to be anything you can do to get your updates any faster.
A little while ago, I put my Ionic on my husband's account. It was in storage and was seven updates out of date. It took close to ten days to finally update to the current firmware.
Be patient.

I'm having the same issue. There's a list of firmware versions here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1372. The firmware you're using seems several versions old. So is mine. I don't get any update button either. Seems like Fitbit rollouts are taking like half a year or something, so it's definitely a bug on their end.
