Issue with Ionic not recording steps or HR on device

Hi everyone ,

I am having an issue with my Fitbit Ionic .For tgethe past few days the device is not recording my heart rate or steps .The steps read " undefined" I have turned the Fitbit off and restarted it with no luck. Has anyone else had this issue?  Any tips would be greatly appreciated Woman Happy

Where are you seeing this message, on the clock face? If so have you tried changing to a different clock face to see if that makes any difference (preferably a fitbit developed one).
