Issues with Iconic Screen

Hi All,

Just having issues with my Iconic screen. Was working perfectly fine until yesterday. The screen display is super dim and fades to black after a few seconds. I have tried 2 and 3 button restart and also a factory reset to no avail. The screen now fades to black so quickly I can’t factory reset a second time. It’s still tracking my steps, heart rate and receiving notifications, I just can’t see anything. Does any one have any suggestions as to what I can do?

Dear @SharniY , this is a common behavior of the Ionic (especially, if it is out of the waranty period). Please, check other posts at the community forum. In short, Fitbit will not acknowlegde but there is a design problem in ionic watches (called programable obsolecense). In the next few days, your watch will stop working definetively and there is not we can do to solve. Mine presented the exactly same behavior and, then, died forever.
