Issues with Ionic after firmware update

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I updated the software for my Ionic. BIG MISTAKE! I didn't know until it was too late that the update can cause issues. I know find out that many have had the same issue and now my Ionic won't count steps, monitor heart rate, etc. Fitbit offered me 25% off a new one, even though THEIR system update caused the problem. I have been a Fitbit customer for over 10 years until today. Hello Garmin!

Hello. How do actually get a hold of someone at fitbit? The web chat option I chatted to only provided me with info I can read from troubleshooting threads. Is their an email option so I can upload screenshot for their review/improvement?

Thanks, Ed

Me too, Lisa

I haven't been able to do anything with my Fitbit for a week. Just bought a Garmin. Will be delivered tomorrow. I'll keep my Ionic for now in case it ever gets resolved but I'm not holding my breath. Garmin is a good product. I'm excited. Good luck to you.
