😪My fitbit is dead.  Just dead.  It's my life line.  I mean....I don't even know how I slept last night, or what day it is!?!?!?  So yesterday afternoon I was outside (super hot and muggy) doing some gardening, lounging and telecommuting all-in-one.......I went inside and noticed this bright beaming red light coming from the sensors. I knew that was something Ive never seen in all my years of owning and religously wearing Fitbits.......jumped on forums, did a hard reset etc etc.  put on charger....66%.  I decided to take note of the battery ....within the hour I noticed 56%....then before the next hour was up - it was dead.  Will not charge, nada!  And looking at the sensors - they look all weird and jacked up inside.  This thing was so expensive!!!  What now?!

No, trying here first.  Im not sure 2 years?

Is there any way to tell, on the app, when you added a new fitbit to your account?

Im not aware of one, however customer support can see that I think.

I would start the online chat with them and see if they can help. https://help.fitbit.com/?cu=1

In the US the company warranty is 12 months, but if you can gather the paperwork your credit card might well cover you if you are this side of 2 years and used a major card to make the purchase.  My bank didnt know anything about this when I asked, but the main us visa website had the necessary info.  Hope you dont need to, but keep it in mind.
