Issues with fitbit chat

So basically when you enter fitbit live chat and enter your details and chat with representative, or you get stuck and try to refresh , fitbit will basically ban your acc from chatting with support and error like this would appear for next 24 hrs , error

This happens after 2 refreshes in chat and you get stuck  for more then 24 hrs you cant get support, if anyone wants to try make a new account and test it, refresh 1 time when you have entered chat or close chat and try to re enter. this only happens after you have connected to one representative and get dropped due to connection or representative ends your chat due to late response.

Kindly fix this is pathetic

Hmmm.. so that's whats happening? I had a problem with my fitbit and I wanted to inquire about it but I kept getting a trail error. I didn't even open a chat beforehand.. Very frustrating because I only bought a fitbit as I was told their customer service was top notch.. I will reconsider my next watch if this really is happening.. Maybe just a bug for now? I remember I was able to chat fine a few months ago.

I have the same error, too , My Fitbit doesnt turn on and i need talking with customer support and now i can not , Bought a defective Fitbit , and now got a Defective Live Chat , You re awesome company

@Jcardo Thanks for reporting the issues with the Fitbit chat, we'll pass this information to our team. I'd like to clarify that Fitbit is not banning Fitbit accounts when having issues via chat communication. I noticed that you have a case open for this, please keep communication open with our support team to have more details about your Fitbit account.

If you need to connect with our representative via chat and you have issues with it, you can try a different browser. I'm also having problems connecting to live chat tonight.  I was just talking with someone on the problem phone.  They gave me a case number and told me to immediately call live chat back on a different device.  Been trying to do that for the last 30 mins and I keep getting the trail blazing picture too!!!  What on earth is happening????
