K pay is stuck on my screen telling me to enter a code at kzl.io/code for an app that I don't want.  I can't uninstall it, and k pay doesn't ask if I want the app, it just wants me to pay.

@Mimi528 This relates to the watch face you’ve installed, where the developer is asking for payment. If you don’t want to pay, then you’ll need to change to a different and free watch face (details usually on the info page)

Hi there,

Maybe you you can help me as well. I purchased a clock face from an app developer, and chose the option of getting 4 additional.

I then switched to another face, then back to the originally purchased one. 24hrs later I’m being prompted to pay again. Is there a fix?

thank you!!

Note: If you uninstall the clockface/app you just purchased in order to test out another one, all of your data and settings are deleted by the Fitbit app, this will cause the clockface/app to ask for payment again after you reinstall it.

When that happens, you can unlock it again for free by going to kzl.io/unlock.

I just just purchased one and this is what it said. Hope this helps!
