Hey there, I got my Fitbit ionic 4 days ago, and today it started popping up with a screen that says:
‘To continue using Classic Analog please visit kzl.io/classica
mans then it gives me a code to enter
Then occasionally it pops up with ‘k-pay detected a problem with the internet connection of your phone’
I don’t have the credit card app on the watch I took it off so I have no idea where it’s coming from. I did a reset on it but it didn’t work. What do I do? This wasn’t a cheap purchase and It’s really annoying!!

I paid for the watch face and the kpay error keeps coming up. Why won't it stop? If this is permanant this fitbit will have to go back.

The message is coming because you replaced the Fitbit watchface with the Classic Analog watchface. Some of the watch faces in the App Store require payment, and use 3rd party KPay service.
