Kamtron scales compatibility

Amazon sell Kamtron scales as being compatible with Fitbit. Their app Feelfit has a Fitbit set up. Have tried everything to get it to connect and it won’t. Have followed all the advice to no avail. Any help greatfully received.

@Martin7 - I was not able to find a customer service number either. Amazon has a good return policy, especially if a product does not work as advertised. Contact them to return the scale.

Since i was searching for the same issue (got my Kamtron scale today from amazon) i just checked whether its working or not and it just works fine.

Did you try / what i´ve done:

1) Get the Feelfit App (which the scale uses to provide the data to)

2) Create a Feelfit Account (sadly necessary)

3) if you go to the first few steps after installing the app you get the "connection" tab in which you can decide whether you want to app to be able to connect to either google or fitbit or both

--> in this just set up the fitbit connection (you have to log in to fitbit and grant the rights)

after that it worked fine for me - i stepped on the scale as described in the manual, got my first scaling in the feelfit app and if i open the fitbit app after a few seconds it already got the data from feelfit.

So far - if youre fine with having another app for just taking the measurement its fine since fitbit app gets the data.
