Lack of help after updates

I’m wondering if it’s just me. I’ve now done both the updates, if you haven’t done either my advice is don’t!
I’ve had multiple issues and customer service is giving me the run around. No real help and certainly no solution. Is it just me or are others having the same lack of help.
my problems include; randomly shutting down, having to constantly restart, not counting steps, battery randomly draining, shutting tracking down halfway through a walk, watch not keeping accurate time, alarms not going off because it’s turned itself off, notifications only randomly appearing, not recognising phone, sometimes it doesn’t turn back on for days, sometimes it doesn’t charge just to name the main ones.
customer service says either wait the new update should fix it (nope made it even worse) or but we can see it logged in today (yeah but what about the last 5?)

I feel like I’m getting the run around I bought a watch that now doesn’t even function properly as a watch.
my ionic is now no longer fit for purpose.
so am I the only one or are others over the lack of action to fix these issues?

@Angum

My Ionic is also in a state of non-use. Currently waiting for my second replacement.

You are not alone, from the forms I have read so far it looks like this is a huge problem. I feel you are correct regarding :Hopefully someone from Fitbit will contact all these upset customers soon and fix the problems. "getting the run around" Fitbit needs to acknowledge the firmware is causing expensive devices to become useless and I would hope at least one C level executive would recognize customers are running away from the Fitbit brand.
