Fitbit randomly dying

Occasionally, I will notice that my fitbit is turned off and when I hold the power button, it will display that the battery is at 0%. Going home and recharging it will turn it back on.

This doesn't happen very often, usually once every several weeks (probably 5-6 times total over the past year I've had it) but it is annoying when it does, since sometimes I don't notice until I'm at the gym and ready to track exercise.

My fitbit usually drains about 14-16% on an average day, which includes between 1 and 2 hours of exercise tracking at the gym. I charge it back up to 100% while I shower, so I don't usually check the battery % other than when it charges, meaning the fitbit drops from above 80% to 0% in the span of a few hours, or it randomly shuts off.

My firmware version is 27.68.9.15 (I'm typing this as I'm about to update), but this has happened over previous firmware versions too.
