Been trying to add Spotify to my Fitbit but it keeps saying I need to update the app or Fitbit. Have done both and also tried the old off and on again, also tried the uninstall and reinstall, also removed my Fitbit from the app and re-added. What am I missing?

Your missing the phone model that the app is on.
Are you running the beta version of the Fitbit app?
Have you removed the app, reboot phone, and installed a fresh copy.
I would also search this forum and the Versa forums for the word Spotify.
