I just updated my Ionic and the only thing on my watch is the fitbit logo, how do I get it back to what it was?

After the firmware update completes, it attempts to restart the tracker to finish the install - that logo appears at that time.  Apparently it did not successfully restart.  Try manually restarting your tracker by pressing the bottom right side button and the left button at the same time.
