I've had my Ionic 2 months with no problems but early this morning it began refusing to sync. I've been through settings on my android phone and the app with almost no success. I did get one sync and I think it was after I, really frustrated, deleted the app and reinstalled it. It synced once but no more. Argggg!

My husband and I just received our new Ionics and there seems to be some issues. With his it's not recording his sleep, but it does have information that is from previous dates and is not his. With mine it doesn't like to sync with the app on my phone. It took over 4 hours for to sync this morning. We both have LG V10 phones and the fitbit app. What am I missing? Could someone please help. Thank you.

On the Fitbit app on your phone, click on the icon in the upper right hand corner to access the Advanced Settings (scroll to the bottom). Click on Advanced Settings then ensure that your Automatic Location is selected. I turned mine on and now my Ionic syncs perfectly and I can change my clock face.
