My left button on my Ionic stopped working today. I called for support and got the classic answers of restarting and doing a factory reset on it. I did both and none of them worked. I can press the button in, but the device doesn't register it and I get stuck on screens and can't go back. It is so annoying! Also, my Ionic is no longer under warranty and so fitbit isn't willing to do anything for me, which will probably lead me to buying an Apple watch because I know that if something happens to the device that isn't caused by me, they would fix the issue. I am just wondering if anyone has found anything to fix the issue on their own (because fitbit is not helpful at all) before I go and buy an Apple watch.
