Hello everyone. so I got the Ionic in December and have been using it for work. While swimming a few months ago it started to vibrate and I took it off and dried it off and set it in some rice. After it was dry it worked fine. The label says it’s waterproof right?(I’m not going below 13 feet)so last weekend I went swimming again and it started to vibrate again. I took it off and came back to it later to find out the back button won’t work anymore and it started to turn on and off on its own.. does anyone’s have any solutions or similar problems?

Hi @Ezzy9t - Yes, you should definitely be able to wear your Ionic to swim with. What you are describing is not normal behavior and I suggest that you reach out to Fitbit customer support. See the link in my signature. Let us know how it turns out.
