So, I kind of get that I have to push the left button to shut off my screen once I hit that button or tap the watch face. However, when I begin an exercise like circuit training the button or tap screen does not close the screen. I have to wait for it to time out. Is there a way to change this? I find it annoying.

It's great to have you here @EricRSRCP! I appreciate the details that you've mentioned. Currently, you can't turn off the screen while it's on exercise mode. However, you can change it directly from the exercise settings:
- Select the exercise that you would like to perform
- Tap on settings > scroll down until you'll see "always-on screen reduces battery life"
- Change it to "off"
Hope this helps! Keep me posted!

Thanks for the reply, but I already said that I don't want it always on. I saw that setting. I want to be able to hit the left button to close the screen. I know we can't do it, but the lack of that feature for exercises when it it works for the clock is a bit baffling to me.
FitBit, make it happen. Update your firmware or I will post here every day until you do!

Lol go right ahead and post every day if you like @EricRSRCP but that wont make fitbit do anything (they probably wont even know you are doing it) 🤣🤣 How about making a Feature Suggestion HERE where it is much more likely to be seen. The more votes it gets the more likely it is to happen!

I will do what pleases me. It's a good suggestion to post there. I am actually making a list of features I want them to implement. I watch a lot of video reviews on these products and all the reviewers miss the mark on what is important and how they describe things.

Thank you for getting back @EricRSRCP! Just as our dear council @NellyG mentioned, the best way to make your voice heard is posting on the Feature Suggestion board, those ideas are reviewed by our engineers and developers and the best of this is that people can vote and comment to support them.
To be better and satisfy as many users we can. I recommend to post this information in our Feature Suggestions board where our developers can check what our Fitbitters need and take this in consideration for the next updates. As a piece of advise, please try to make sure you only post one idea per suggestion, so we can keep the board organized, easily searchable and see which idea other members are voting for.
Hope this helps!
