Locked ionic

My ionic has a message on the screen that says ‘unlock woth your phone’ . It’s rly why does it say this and secondly how do I unlock it?  Thanks

Hello @Bobojo and Welcome(!) to the forums. Your Ionic will show this screen if you type the password wrong exactly 10 times since the time when you last unlocked it. The Lock resets every 24 hours or whenever you take the Ionic off. To unlock it you have to open the Fitbit app, head to the Ionic settings, scroll down to device lock, enter your password, Then you have to change the password to something other than your current one. You can always change the password back by following the aforementioned steps.

You want to go to your Fitbit app @Bobojo

Tap on the picture of your ionic c

Scroll up to get to Device Lock

You will need to enter your phones unlock 

On the next screen you may change your lock code and settings .
