My Fitbit account was recently hacked and the device lock on my ionic has been changed. The device was disconnected from my account on the app and to try to sync/connect the device to the app it asks for the digits shown on my screen which I can not see without the password. I have attempted the password many times and now it is telling me to unlock the device using my phone, however as the device is no longer connected to my phone, I am struggling to do this.
Any ideas on how to reconnect my ionic to my account and change the password back? Many thanks.

This might sound cliché, but you should probably contact customer service on that matter.
I guess you could also try a factory reset with the buttons, but I don’t know if that will wipe the passcode/allow you to reconnect your FitBit back to your account.
