Any tips on recording interval runs with varying distances, times and measurement types? For example the workout below:
Or of pic not clear: 2 mile warm up + 8×400M w/timed recoveries + 1 mile at marathon pace + 2 mile cool down. Currently logging each piece separately which is kind of a pain

Hi @E95070,
Intervals of that complexity are currently beyond what the Ionic's Interval mode can handle. The only apps I've seen that can do that well are phone-based apps. So if you are set on those kind of intervals, you may have to resort to using a phone.
I kind of expected that, seems the interval settings are geared more towards HIIT.
For this workout I got creative. Using the run settings: I set the laps to 0.4 KM, top display to lap time (which keeps lap count) and bottom display to total distance (which still shows in miles.) Had to pause for the rest between intervals and count off mentally, but it worked out. Not sure if this will be possible on harder workouts, barely 1/4th into my marathon training program. 1st world problem, I know but bummer for $300 fitness tracker.
