Logging weight from watch does not sync to app

In the "Today" app on the device (at least on my Ionic), when i scroll down and click "+" to log my weight, the watch says that it was successful ("XXX lbs logged at 7:20 AM"), but when opening the app and syncing with the watch, the app still shows my previous weight.

 

Even clicking on the weight card shows that the new weight was never logged and I have to log it manually. This seems like a definite bug...

Hello @naji-s I'm happy to see you again participating in our Community, let me help you out.

Seems odd that your Ionic device is not syncing your weight logs into your account, this shouldn't be happening but since this is a new feature, we're still getting feedback about it. I recommend you to follow the next steps: 

  1. Update the Today app in the app gallery
  2. Force close the Fitbit app
  3. Log your weight one more time
  4. Sync your data
  5. Restart your device 

After doing so your weight information should be updated in the Fitbit app.
