I bought my Ionic watch and let it charge for 4-5 hours. The Fitbit Logo came on the screen so I attempted to turn it on to get the set up started. Once I removed the watch from the charger, the screen went completely black. Several attempts were made to turn it on to include the reset process with nothing being successful. The watch has charged for 24 hours now while still having the same functions as before.

@DAVIDIONIC, have you tried setting it up on your Fitbit account, using the Fitbit app Account screen->Set Up a Device?

Yes I have tried to set it up that way but while doing so it can not find the watch and ask if it is on. As I stated before I can not get it to turn on or do anything but display the fitbit logo

I also read that the watch is supposed to vibrate when you have a solid charging connection. My watch has never vibrated
