Losing notifications

Hello,

 

I am using my new Ionic with my Sony Xperia XZ Premuim. It keeps losing notifications.

Not sure what to do. Can anyone help?

It's probably because your phone is not on the Fitbit list of Approved Devices. Such devices typically work to some extent but have various problems.

Agreed, though I did manage to improve things by: Disabling the battery saving/stamina mode for the fitbit app.
