My ionic was working until today. It lost the connection. I’ve tried for 90 minutes to reconnect. I’ve restarted my phone and ionic at least 5 times each. It will not hold the connection to set up. I’m very frustrated. This is the fourth Fitbit I’ve owned and the first time I’ve had this issue.

@Ann5 which connection is it that you lost?
If your Ionic was setup there is no need to set it up again. What is it that is not happening, or maybe i should ask what was not hapening,

It is not syncing and the app says it is looking for it. I finally got it to reinstall and find it yesterday after working with it for two hours. Now, 24 hours later, it is doing the same thing again. I’m very frustrated.

I did not seem to have problems until the most recent update.

First thing do not remove tgettracker from your account .At best it does not help, but normally adds problems .
Not knowing what phone I'll say to remove the tracker from your phones Bluetooth and restart both the tracker and the phone. Better yet shutdown and power up both.
