The strangest thing happened today. When I checked the app (Iphone X) it had logged me out. When I logged in, no device.
I did everything needed, but had to add my watch again. So yay!
here’s the issue: I normally clock in 3-5 miles a day. There is no data on the app except this week .
yes- I logged out of my phone and watch. Reconnected and I gor norhing 😭

Thanks for explaining what happened to you yesterday. It's kind of odd, that your phone is logging you out of your Fitbit account. Please check if it is up to date and if your Fitbit account is running the latest version too.
About your data, let's calm down! I'm sure we'll find it, since there is no way to delete all your previous data in that way. Most likely you just need to confirm your email address, in some cases we have noticed that some users have used their Gmail account to open a Fitbit account for example; and then they forget what email address they are using and try to use a different one, let's say for example iCloud or Hotmail. This creates multiple accounts, in your case let's log out from the Fitbit app and then try to log in with any other email address that you might used recently. I hope it helps!
Once you find the correct email address, you just need to pair your Ionic to that Fitbit account and all your data will be there until today. In case that you need this information, I will leave here this link: How do I delete my Fitbit account?

Hi Yojana
My Ionic has suddenly lost data for ±24hour period Tues 28-Noon Wed 29 May.
In that period I did two workouts and clocked over 10k steps, none of this data is on the watch or the app on phone or if I log in on my laptop.
It was there yesterday...
Any ideas on what could have happened?
