On tuesday I went for a 7k run which shows on my strava but my fitbit hasn't picked up the steps. Then the next day I was at 12,000 steps and 1 hour later when I looked it had dropped to 3,000 steps. Being on vitality its crucial I hit certain steps. This is also worrying as it is clearly not tracking properly. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to fix it?

@Antz27 It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.
It's pretty weird that your steps aren't showing on your Fitbit account but they are showing on Strava. I'd like you to double check that there aren't any logged activities that might be overriding the information that has been previously logged.
Looking forward to hearing back from you. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
