I had logged over 11000 steps on Thursday January 31 2019,  when I was checking calories and I noticed the calories burned didn't seem to correspond to the amount of activity for the day.. Now all of my steps for that day  (31st) have disappeared  entirely showing 0 steps. I also noticed that some of my Wednesday steps(approximately 2000steps)  also seem to have disappeared ..the app is showing last sync of Wednesday January 30  4:10 . Where did they go. Can I get them back ?

A warm welcome to the Community @Smhshn! Thank you so much for the details that you've mentioned regarding the lost steps.

It sounds like your Ionic hasn't synced and this is why, it's not showing any of your steps on your Dashboard, please try these syncing steps. So, the calories burned that you're seeing on your Dashboard are just your BMR

After you've synced double check the information from Wednesday.

Hope this clarifies any doubt. I'll be around if you need further assistance. Robot Happy
