Major Ionic Syncing Issues

I am having a lot of trouble with this device. I am having set up and synching problems all around here is what is not working at this time:

• Workout Sync - just doesn't work. Take hours of multiple retries, if I get lucky it will sync once per week. I've tried all the troubleshooting in this forum nothing works
• Wifi Setup - I open set up on the app and the blue loading circle just spins and never leads me to a set up page.
• Music from Desktop App - Has never worked and I never even get to a setup screen on the desktop
• Clockfaces - Don't download onto the phone, and never sync to Ionic
• Strava - I am connected to Strava on the app, but it never shows any workouts on the device
• Weather app has never worked - always asks me to sync from app, app is set up but nothing comes to device

For the weather app, I have found I need to open the weather app on my phone, then open the Fitbit app, sync with my Ionic, then open the weather app on my Ionic and it works. I know it seems like a lot of steps, but I'm hoping it will get easier as the software continues to mature. Hope that helps for at least one of your sync issues.

Did you ever yet a response on why when trying to set up Wifi the app just spins with the blue circle.  My WIFI won't connect even after multiple restarts, turning bluetooth off and unpairing the device.   Standing next to the router etc.    I only seem to sync when I am on cell and that is also buggy with the system just deciding not to sync at all without multiple restarts.

I never got an answer and I've switched to a different device, I'm no longer using Fitbit. I've had too many problems with the devices over the years
