Max Heart Rate Data Changes When Imported to Strava

Hi,

I am a cyclist and use my Fitbit Ionic to track my 200- 300 km's a week. Lately I have been growing increasingly concerned when reviewing my heart rate stats as my heart rate appears to be hitting spikes off 200-220 in the Strava graphs. Last night I noticed that my max heart rate within the Fitbit app was 185 but when i checked Strava it was saying 200. Can you advise why the data changes on import to Strava. The import is automatic and i am not running both apps during exercise

@Livliz Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for sharing the experience you are having with the heart rate readings.

Are you seeing this increase on the Strava app itself or the Strava app for Ionic watch?

If it is the Strava app itself you can try revoking the access on it and then link both again and check if the heart rate will show correctly on Strava. Check this help article for more details on this.

Try that out and let me know how it goes. Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
