How many workouts can I perform before the Ionic starts erasing them? I did 5 workouts yesterday but only 4 synced.  Syncing today has not helped. Still 4 of the 5 show on the app and the online dashboard.

It sounds like it may be 4 workouts, what does your user manual says.
