My Ionic is not receiving my notifications, as in it is not vibrating when i receive a notification. However, if i check my ionic, swipe up for example, the message is sometimes there. I'm just not being notified. 

I have restarted my watch, and checked my notification settings on both app, phone and watch. 

Any help would be most appreciated as its driving me nuts!

A warm welcome to the Community @mishelly77! It's pretty weird that the Ionic isn't vibrating when you're receiving the notifications. I appreciate the troubleshooting that you've tried, I would like you to confirm you've performed the following steps My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone. 

 

- What type of notifications aren't vibrating when you receive them?

- When does this started happening? 

- What kind of phone are you using?
