I cannot remove this message which is on the front page of the watch:
"Please make sure that both bluetooth and access to the internet are available."
Bluetooth and internet are available (as I can see from the app om my phone) Because of this message the clock face is not visible.
I have restartet the ionic with the shutdown function several times. It won't restart with pressing the left button.
What to do?

I think this is happening as a result of the clock face you are using. In this case, I'd recommend changing your clock face. I think this could sort this out for you.
