I have purchased quite a few clock faces since I purchased my ionic and it seems that every now and then, like a couple days ago, my ionic will just go back to the basic clock face that comes with the watch. I paid for those clock faces, how do I get them back cuz it really ticks me off that I have to pay for another one.

As it turns out, paid clock faces are not made by Fitbit but by third-party developers. That said, I recommend you to contact the developer of the clock face you purchased for more information and details about the missing clock faces that you already paid for.
