Missing clock face on ionic

I can’t find my clock face anymore. I had a clock face that had the batter % in the top left corner. My HR in the bottom right corner. A large time display and the date. Along with my steps and now I can’t find it. I was forced to factory reset due to all the connection issues the ionic is having and now its  gone. I’m really bummed it was perfect for me.

Welcome to the Community @AriesButterfly! I appreciate every detail you've mentioned. It sounds like it was a clock face from Fitbit Labs, these apps and clock faces are experimental in nature, so you might experience minor issues, and they might be available for a limited time. 

 

You may want to follow this procedure to get another clock face.

Hi. I have the same problem. I had the default screen shown on all advertising with the large numbers, changed to try a dog one for a little bit, and now the original clock has vanished.
