The WIFI has been connected correctly on my ionic (while a green check mark showed).

 

In the iOS Fitbit app I've tried many times to install Fitbit Coach app but failed and notice 'WIFI connection failed'.

 

2.

Got my ionic 3 days ago and have no sleep insights for 3 nights. I was wearing an Alta HR before and it was good.

 

I've tried reboot, more tight band, but still not work.

 

I'm using a dev firmware.

same issue! Unable to install the coach app on 27.30.3.2. It fails for the same reason....

Same thing happened to me. I opt out of developer option and i was able to download coach app again on the ionic.

Hi, Just got my Fitbit Ionic...and have been trying to install Coach app for last 2nights, it's just buffering and buffering and throwing similar errors without completing the installation. I am not a Developer, as far as I remember never opted for that. My Ionic firmware is 27.32.10.20. Have you resolved your problem?
