I love the versatility of the Ionic watch as an everyday smartwatch. I think the physical aspects of the watch are beautiful and the OS is decent, I haven't been exposed to other platforms but I like Fitbit's.
However, I was hoping that the application for checking sports related metrics could be similar to Garmin Connect, no disrespect. I think their app is very user-friendly and more intuitive for the athletic community. I don't know if this is the direction that Fitbit is trying to go but I figured I would mention a constructive critique. For example, something as simple as clicking and holding down the cursor to view my heart rate versus clicking individual time points that don't always go where I want it to.
Also, maybe add in heart rate zones like what Garmin has done (zone 1-5). Maybe the Fitbit team can view the app and see if they can implement some of these features into the already awesome product, and making it more awesome.
Thank you.
