Have to say that loading music on my Ionic was.a frustrating experience, I finally got it right after hours of head scratching, thank goodness for these forums. Two questions. 1). Clearly you cannot be logged in on two separate devices (laptop app and phone), but unpairing the phone before trying to load music on the app didn’t cut it, I had to remove the device and reinstall on the laptop and then do the same thing on the phone when I was done loading music, is there some other trick I’m missing because if I have to do this every time I want to load music it’s going to be annoying. 2). I was expecting the playlists to download in alphabetical order but it doesn’t appear to be the case on my device, did I do something wrong or is that just how the Ionic stores playlists? If you’re like me and have a multitude of playlists it’s easier to scroll to find the one you want if they’re in some kind of logical order.

Hi @SAgirl,
I have a similar setup-- android phone and a windows 10 laptop. I'm able to be logged in to both, it's just that the Ionic can only connect to one at a time via bluetooth. On occasion the phone won't give up the bluetooth connection so the computer can upload music. In that case, I just turn bluetooth off on the phone during music transfer. I haven't had to unpair or remove the Ionic to transfer music.
The next time you load music, turn off the phone's bluetooth, wait a minute and try to load the music.
As to the playlists, I haven't been able to figure out how the sort order works.

Hi @WavyDavey,
Not sure if having an iPhone makes a difference, I tried turning Bluetooth off, then I tried unpairing it, then I tried doing both and turned my phone off, nothing seemed to work. To make matters worse, the error message I got on the laptop was as clear as mud, “Could not find or connect Ionic” when trying to connect to WiFi (I had already connected my Ionic to the same WiFi when I got it), so removing and reinstalling it on the laptop was a last ditch effort. Then I had to do the same on my phone because it was still syncing with the laptop. Grrr! I’ll cross my fingers and hope it won’t be as tedious next time around.
