Oneplus 2 compatibility

So far I can't get the ionic to work with my oneplus 2. They should technically work as the OPT has Bluetooth 4.1. It just doesn't sync and notifications don't work. Anyone been more successful?

It works for me on my OP3, but it was rather slow. It was fast when connecting to my iPad. But the phone was rather slow.

Same issue here. Bluetooth on Op2 sometimes finds the Ionic but pairing does not work.

 

For the initial setup I was able to initiate the pairing process but the matching code was not recognized by the Ionic.

Same for me, got an Ionic just a few days ago and -nothing- works. I've tried everything listed on the forums, trust me on that. The Ionic just will not pair up with my OP2. Stalls out when I input the 4 digit code, insisting it's wrong every time.

 

And given I lack a Bluetooth dongle for the PC, I can't even do it that way either. And without a first time setup (which the watch apparently needs before anything else), I cannot access the Ionic's settings to connect to my WLAN so I can try my luck with a firmware update.

 

For a device in this price range to be flat out incompatible with a phone that's hardly some unknown piece of hardware, I'm sorely disappointed.

Purchased the Fitbit Ionic on Saturday and spent all afternoon UNSUCCESSFULLY trying to link to the ONEPLUS TWO phone - went to the Geek Squad on Sunday and still not able to make it work so I RETURNED THE IONCI - very disappointed

Hi, just bought an ionic today and have the same problem pairing with my one plus two. Can somebody at fitbit help or will need to return my ionic.

 

I guess there area so many of us one plus two users and you will lose us if you do not extend your support to us.
