Hi I have just added another playlist into to music, now when I try and play music I cant get past the music icon it just freezes, I have tried restarting my Ionic 3 at leats 3 times but not success all other apps still working ok

@Lewie Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are experiencing with Ionic's music app. Thanks for restarting your Ionic in order to sort this out.
In this case, you can turning off Ionic. You should find this option in the Settings app.
If that doesn't do the trick; you could try setting Ionic as a replacement device on your account. This is setting it up once again. Your music won't get deleted if you do this.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!
