Is anybody else have trouble with the music app on their ionic? I click on it and the purple loading screen is there and then it just fades back to the main screen. I have reset my Fitbit 3 times and deleted and redownloaded the music app.

Sounds very unusual. Might consider a full reset to new -> but you will need to re-load music etc which is never quick nor simple. So would call Tech Support first to see if they have any less time consuming method to get it working properly. Number is linked below.
