Hi Team,
My Ionic ran out of battery while I was running. It has been more than an hour since I have put the device on recharging but it's not restarting. Could you please look into this.
Just an fyi, this is the 2nd time I am facing this problem in the last 1 month.

I once had this issue. When I plugged the charger cable on it flashed 0 %.
Charged it all day and was still 0%.
I then found it wasnt making full contact. I found that in the groove around the charge point it had dirt in it preventing full contact with the charger. (I work in a dirty environment) I used a cocktail stick to scrape out the dirt and it charged and was fully working.
Maybe this isn't your case but worth a check. Hope they reply and sort yours out asap if it has further problems

Hello, I replaced my Ionic after having it almost 2 years (July 2020 would have been 2 years). It completely died on me. Since I had a warranty through Best Buy, they replaced it. This was a month ago. Today, it would not come on after my battery died. I don't know what to do. FITBIT please help. I don't know what's happening, but I like the Ionic, it's smaller than my previous Surge. I like the idea of having the map on my watch for biking purposes, but this is a nightmare. I have walking competitions to keep up with.
Any assistance is appreciated.
