My Ionic is completely dead - it was showing 0% but now doesn't even show that. I have left it on charge overnight and have tried pressing all 3 buttons down for 20 seconds but to no avail. Is there anything else I should try please??
Me too my battery wasn't even that low earlier 62% then just now it wouldn't show me the time and said 0%. I put it on charge and it won't do anything. No green light either. Just the blue symbols every so often. Definitely no charge.
I had the same... I found reset instruction that said to hold the left button and the bottom right button for 10 seconds... It came on when I did that. (I'd swear it was closer to 12 seconds though)
It happend to me too. Woke up (not thanks to Fitbit) on Thursday morning and it was completely dead. Have charged it since but it wont’t start. There is nothing wrong with the charging cable, it gives power on the pins as it should. My Fitbit is 2,5 years.
