My Fitbit won’t turn on

Hi,

 

I have owned my Fitbit for a month from new. The BPM sensor was not functioning so I shut it down. In my attempt to switch it back on, nothing happened (it was fully charged). I have tried to restart/reset the Fitbit by plugging the charger in and holding the back button for 20+ seconds - this did not work. 


Any help would be appreciated!
